In Reading Session1, the participants will read a text from the philosopher Glissant in
the context of Minia Biabiany’s installation at ifa Gallery Berlin, a work based on the
significance of “bodily thinking.” Drawing on Édouard Glissant’s “thought of the
trace” to approach Biabiany’s work, the performer Thiago Rosa will employ physical
exercises and choreographic experiments that bring together movement and text
while simultaneously setting them against each other.
